1 Star Great Taste Award Winner 2026

Midnight Harvest celebrates the remarkable flavours that emerge when two worlds collide.

We rested Brazilian coffee beans in a Speyside whisky cask for two weeks, allowing them to absorb the character of the cask before roasting.

The result is a rich, indulgent coffee with notes of milk chocolate and toasted nuts, finished with smooth oak and subtle whisky-like warmth.

Perfect after dinner, alongside dessert, or whenever you're in the mood for something a little different.

Please Note: This coffee contains no alcohol.

Carmo Da Cachoeira, Brazil

The Cocatrel Cooperative was founded in 1961 in Tres Pontas and has now grown to the second largest Cooperative in Brazil. Midnight Harvest is a blend made from mainly from one particular area of Tres Pontas called Carmo Da Cachoeira.

Bold & Boozy

Unmistakably unique. Rich layers of chocolate and nuts, rounded by a smooth, oaky finish reminiscent of fine single malt. Perhaps not your morning coffee - this is an ideal after-dinner brew, best enjoyed on its own or paired with your favourite dessert.

Barrel-Aged

Before roasting, the coffee rests for two weeks in a Speyside whisky cask, absorbing all the rich flavours and aromas left behind in the wood. We tend to select a coffee from a lower altitude for Midnight Harvest, as they are more porous and can fully embrace those deep, oaky, whisky-infused notes.

Boozy Intensity

Boozy Intensity

Midnight Harvest is really unlike anything else we offer. Already intense coffees are made even more so by their time in the cask, giving you an end result that will really knock your socks off.
